We recommend booking as far in advance as possible, particularly for airport transfers, peak travel periods, and major events. We will always do our best to accommodate last-minute bookings when availability allows.
Absolutely! You will be emailed full chauffeur and vehicle details the evening before or 2 hours before the scheduled pick-up time. Our chauffeur(s) will contact you upon arrival at the pick-up location. Please note that you can only contact our chauffeur(s) on the day of travel. Under our T & C’s, all new bookings must be through the office to comply with local laws and regulations.
